Endereza Compliance Solutions, LLC is owned and operated by Elena Villaseñor Sullivan. Elena is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), receiving her certification from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in 2019. She has overseen the compliance departments for a variety of companies and industries. As General Counsel for Massage Heights Franchising, LLC, she led the company’s legal and regulatory risk management and compliance functions. Additionally, she previously served as an executive in the Compliance Department at USAA, overseeing a team of nearly 30 compliance professionals, assisting the company to mitigate its regulatory risk. Elena is also an attorney with 20-years of experience in private practice and in-house experience. Elena is a San Antonio native, who graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and received a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
